Lincoln Goes MKT, MKZ Crazy at SEMA 2009
Lincoln is going a bit nuts at SEMA 2009, bringing on tunner-variants of the upcoming 2010 MKT and MKZ to the party. 3dCarbon of Newport Beach, California chose the MKZ as its pet project. It features a custom-made rear upper roof spoiler, stainless-steel dual exhaust extensions, stainless-steel lower chrome door moldings and TSW “Snetterton” Hyper Silver 20-inch wheels.
The MKT was customized by Rick Bottom Designs of Mendota, Illinois. It comes in a colour called Turnin’ Orange which appears orange in sunlight and red in the shade. Its suspension was lowered by two inches. The door handles were removed to give it a smoother, cleaner look while two-tone leather and matching floating armrests enhance the interior.
